I was born in Bilbao in 1974, currently living with my family (I have 4 children) in a 18th Century house in a town near Barcelona. Working as a professional wedding photographer for about 6 years now. I work almost exclusively on wedding photography, fashion photography.

I am currently a member of ISPWP & UnionWEP. I have just been elected as 5th best wedding photographer on UnionWEP

I currently work with two bodies Nikon D750 and Sigma 35 1.4 Optical ART, ART 50 1.4 and 85 1.4 HSM.

I always work outdoors taking advantage of natural light. I like to capture the real emotions of people.

I like to keep my equipment simple when I work. I like to leave my bag in a safe place and shoot the wedding with a single camera and an optical fixed lens, 35 or 50mm f1.4, depending on where the wedding takes place. This allows me to concentrate on what happens in front of me and not on my computer. So I am more creative. I always enjoy a pre-wedding story because it allows me to know more about my couples and that helps me to gain their trust. That trust is very important to me.

I think the key to success is to feel passion for your job.

In this shot the groom was being helped by his father. Just for a few moments this shot presented itself and I made sure I was in the right place, composed the shot at waited for the right moment to get this interesting shot and perfect moment.

The photo was taken with :

Nikon D700 and Sigma 35 1.4 ART.
F2 1/320 ISO 400

Basic processing in photoshop to give the colours some punch.
