Rossella Putino
My name is Rossella Putino. I live in Varese, near Milano. I've been a wedding photographer for 8 years. My passion came from my parents, they too were photographers! I like to express a wedding using simplicity. I think that I can see the true emotion only if I live the wedding from the inside, not as a stranger.
I found this shot almost by accident. I was at the groom's house and his son continued to jump on the couch and I tried to take a picture. At one point he turned to look at me and probably my fish eye intrigued him because he wanted to take it! A cute baby of about 1 year.
This shot was made using natural light. I love it because I think that, in this way, the subject does not notice me and I can capture the moment.
The photo was taken with a Nikon D700 and a Sigma 15mm diagonal fish eye and after I have decided to convert in black and white with Photoshop. This photo was very successful on Facebook and his parents love it! This is a normal shot for me as I love children and they are one of my favourite subjects especially at weddings.
