We were shooting a beach wedding with the party closed by the sea and not so much ambient lighting but very fun guests and incredible humor. They began to dance 'la conga' and I decided to try a long exposure picture. It took 2 seconds to take it firing the flash 2 times. et voila here is what I got. The exactly settings were:

Camera: Canon 5d III
Lens: EF 24 - 70mm f/2.8L USM
ISO: 400
Speed 2.0 sec
Aperture 14
Flash canon sb580EXII: 3 times fired 1/64

Post processing lightroom (for color, saturation + photoshop (contrast)). Not so much editing really, basically, a little bit of color and contrast.
