This image was taken in Church. The family has three kids and this lovely kiddo is the youngest. She was looking for flower peddles on the church floor. She was the flower girl that day but her basket was empty so looked for more.
The light was stunning in this church. The sun was shining trough the windows and that was quite challenging because I had to adjust my settings almost every shot. I waited for her to pass by and than took several shots but this one was the utmost best in the series.
As you know children are unpredictable and that made it even harder to wait for the exact moment. I shot for the highlights and adjusted my settings to that light. Converted it to black and white for even more drama in the picture. I literately had to wait until she walked in to the light.
I was a low as possible to make the squared composition
