Alfredo Toscano
Hello, my name is Alfredo Toscano. I am a wedding photographer from Recife, Brazil. My motivation to shoot weddings is the feeling of the moment and the stories of each couple.
I am always looking for new techniques and new angles. This shoot happened while the lovely bride, Juliana, was getting ready for her big day, getting her makeup done. The best part was that she was open to anything that I would like to try! To take this picture, I asked my assistant to hold the flash on the side of the bride and asked the make up artist throw the spray.
For this picture I had to shoot at exactly the right moment! The shoot was done with the Canon EOS 6D and Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L USM Wide Angle Lens shutter speed at 1/640s , ISO 250 Aperture f/7.1.
The processing following was simple: I used maximum clarity to highlight the spray, a lot contrast, and darkened over the dark areas.
