I'm a Spanish wedding photographer and a member of several prestigious wedding associations across the world. I've not studied anything related to photography, but one thing is for sure, if somebody explain something to me I will try very hard to master it. As a wedding photographer after a while I never try to remember how many or who the guests are and the arrangements of the tables. I always try to immerse myself in the emotions and feelings of the wedding day so that the couple can relive it after those moments have passed.
About the shoot:
It was a very difficult day, just 15 min to take the portraits of the couple, but the couple were amazing ;-)
This photo was taken in Ourense, in the garden of the wedding reception. It was not a sunny day so the contrast was not very good to photograph people in the garden, I always like to have a punchy photo!
There was a little old wall in the garden so I decided to do something with it, meanwhile I found a little glass close to where we were and I thought I would make something of it. It finally worked well with the reflection so I decided to do it with a little more punch. I added a flash with a yellow gel and voila! Tamara and Diego are incredible! They just do whatever it takes to get the shoot, that was great, but the best thing was that they decided to pose like that, I didn't direct too much.
The metering was set to save the highlights, we tried a lot with the little glass and we finally got this beautiful image that we were all very happy with.

I worked as a cameraman for TV news in Spain for 12 years before becoming a wedding photographer, so I have taken the same photo journalistic approach to my wedding photography. 9
This was just a couple on the dance floor lost in the music and each other. Things were moving fast, the music was great and the atmosphere was electric. I noticed them simply dan
