Tell us a little about yourself??I love the life my wife, my kids and my parents. I love my friends and their kids and I love to be a photographer. I love my hometown leipzig and I love to travel by car. I love music, dancing and many many other things.
How do you think or would like people to describe you?Brutally honest, loyal and a bit cluttered....
Tell us a little bit about the wedding day?Let the pictures tell the story! ThatÂ´s it.
How did you get into wedding photography?One day a couple asked me to photograph their wedding. It was analog and it was a winter wedding. No more to tell... :-)
How long have you been a wedding photographer?My first wedding was in 2005 but I would call myself a wedding photographer since 2008 and a fearless wedding journalist since 2013.
Can you share how you've made your wedding photography business a success? Any mistakes you made along the way?Go your way and be full of love! Never walk alone but with friends. Do not search for a final destination! Use the little roads at the left and the right, even dead end ones. It doesnÂ´t matter if you're wrong! It will makes you stronger and more self confident. fail fail fail - work work work!
What do you think a bride or groom should be looking for and not looking for in terms of wedding photography packages?Do not look for packages, look for that photographer who is the worlds best for you!
How do you advertise yourself and what for you has really worked?I am still on my way to discovering that.
Why do you think people hire you?I hope because they love my work and like me!
How many weddings do you average per year?About 20
Whose wedding would you love to shoot?Yours :-)
If you were asked to shoot a destination wedding, where would you hope it would be?Everywhere!
What equipment do you have for a typical wedding day?2 bodies, 4 lenses and 1 flash.
What is the most challenging thing about a wedding.
Do you have an approach to a wedding?Try to be in the right place at the right moment with the right light. And if the light is bad and the place is not that good and you have no time otherwise you lose the shot push the button just to catch the information anyway.
Who or what inspires you?The hard work of Huy Nguyen and the editing work of Marco Schwarz. Very inspiring are most of the photographers in the well known webpages of international wedding photographers too.
Best & Worst marketing idea so far?Work, work, work.
If you weren't a photographer, what would you be?Maybe a musician.

What do you think is key to being a successful wedding photographer?Do not stagnate and be yourself!
Are there any other wedding photographers whose work inspires you, can be a well know photographer or somebody you've stumbled across?Just search the web for wedding photographers and you will find hundreds that can inspire you and me.
Proudest moment so far. Photography related or otherwise?I have 3 girls, a wife and 2 daughters. I am proud every day.
