At Wedding Photography Select, we like the stories behind the images told by real couple reminiscing about their wedding day. Our Day, Our Picture, Our Words is a chance for the bride or groom to tell us the story behind one image from their special day. Giving you insight into the images, the wedding photographer and all the emotions experienced throughout their wedding day. We hope it proves to be inspiring and insightful and just a good read over a cup of tea and a biscuit.

We had Mansano Fotografia as our wedding photographer. They were very kind with us and our guests. They seemed that they were invisible because we didn't see them during the our wedding day but they registered all best moments and the result was wonderful and we were very happy. We can cherish our wedding photos forever. They delivered perfectly beautiful photos. We loved it!
We chose them as our wedding photographers as we love spontaneous photos and their style matched us perfectly. We were looking for a good wedding photographer on the internet and we found them! Their photos are incredible and after a funny meeting with them we decided contract them and we didn't look back after that.
Beyond shadow of doubt, our wedding day was the best day ever!
This photo was at the beginning of our first dance and it was a sublime moment that consecrated our happiness. At that moment, it was just us and our love. During this moment there was a mix amount of feelings: happiness, anxiety, love and gratitude. It seemed we were dancing in the stars.
We danced to the sound of beautiful music by Jason Mraz 'Never Give up'. The photographers managed to register a millisecond of our choreography and gave us a lovely gift that conveyed the essence of that moment. It's a beautiful image and it captures everything so perfectly.
The wedding day has always been part of our dreams and we wanted this big day to reflect our love and our history. We opted for a romantic outdoor wedding. We got married in the city of Maringa - Parana in Brazil. We chose a place that had a lot of nature around us for the ceremony in the garden and the wedding venue also had a whole hall with glass walls so that the beautiful scenery stays in the view of the guests. The ceremony and the reception happened in the same place.
We thought of every detail and made our own DIY Wedding, we made the stationery, the favors, designed the centerpieces and all the wedding ceremony and reception decor and some surprises for the guests. The decoration of the ceremony and the reception was a mix of shabby chic and vintage chic style. It was a relaxed, colorful and entertaining wedding and the best day ever.
The favourite part of the day was the ceremony. The ceremony conveyed our great love and it was romantic, exciting and historic!
We can say that our ceremony was a dream come true, not only for the beautiful day it was on (1st March 2014), but because it was an intimate ceremony and the celebrant, through the beautiful words, reminded us many times in our history and transmitted all our friends into our history. The ceremony was a unique and memorable moment. We lost count of the statements from people who were thrilled, men and women, who made sure to tell us: 'Thank you for inviting me, we have never seen such a ceremony. Your love has touched us' and 'I want to marry again'. Knowing that our love was shared by all was unforgettable and we know that even 100 years from now we'll remember what day that we said 'Yes'.
