Snorkel or dive around the colourful surrounding reefs, and see if you can spot a turtle.
Relax on a quiet beach, accompanied by an ice cold cocktail and a great book.
2. South Island-New Zealand
Why visit? It may not be the easiest place to get to, but New Zealand is worth the wait. While the North Island is not without its charms, the South Island is a paradise unto itself with a temperate climate, stunning natural scenery, and no shortage of activities.

Sample some of the world's best sauvignon blanc at the vineyards of Marlborough.
Unleash your inner daredevil with a bungee jump or skydiving trip around the gorges of Queenstown.
3. Tulum, Mexico
Why visit?Mexico's new 'it' spot has taken over from Cancun as a haunt of the stars. This stunning beachside town is 1000 miles from Mexico City and 1,000,000 miles away from the stresses of city life.
What to do:
Dive through the breath-taking underwater lagoons.
Visit the Mayan ruins along the coast.
Sample the local tequila at the town's bars.
4. Tuscany, Italy

Eat a fresh baguette with runny cheese in one of the city's many parks.

Trek through the Namib Desert on the back of a camel.
